1. Introduction

Welcome to Flowcendence! Our platform is designed for all learners, regardless of background or learning style. By using this website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Flowcendence is in early access and under active development. Some features may change, and bugs may be present.
  • The platform supports a variety of learning needs, including those with ADHD and autism. Our goal is to provide a useful study environment for everyone, with a focus on promoting flow state and effective, engaging learning for all users.

2. User Agreement

Use Flowcendence responsibly and respectfully. Any use of the service for inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful purposes is prohibited.

  • No spamming (unsolicited promotion, fake accounts, irrelevant ads).
  • Only appropriate, non-malicious ads allowed (we will be Adsense-compliant).
  • Suspicious behavior (such as abuse, scraping, unauthorized automation, repeated spamming) may lead to browser/IP bans or reporting to authorities.
  • Use the platform as intended, for learning, studying, and personal growth.

3. Privacy & Data

Early Access Status: In this early version, your data is stored only in your browser (locally); no server-side storage yet.
Future Backend: As backend services roll out, a Privacy Policy will define server data handling.

  • Your data remains private and under your control unless you use features requiring backend (such as, email messaging).
  • Your data CAN be deleted by you at any time. Just clear your Web Storage (localStorage/sessionStorage)
  • We do not and currently cannot sell or share your data. Nor can we actually see or access it when stored locally. It is 100% secure and private, safe to only your designated browser!

4. Safety and legitimacy

Our website: We will never contact you to ask for anything or urge you to do anything. Still, if we do reach out to you, it will be in response to an email or an important matter, such as suspicious activity or a warning about it, including attempts to steal our code and service-marked names or logos..

  • Website Safety: Our website link is flowcendence.com . If the website you are on is NOT the name (flowcendence) with a (.com) at the end, it is not legit. Like any website, there is the risk of duplicate scam websites; do NOT use them. We are legitimate. We do have multiple typo domains and .com, .net, .org, etc, that bring you to flowcendence.com, to prevent similar links or phishing attempts. We prioritize your safety!
  • Email safety: Our official emails are support@flowcendence.com for questions and bug reports, and info@flowcendence.com for help and insight. If you receive an email from another address claiming to be us, do NOT respond to it; please report it to us, as we want to protect your safety and eliminate scammers.

5. Account & Payments

Early Access: No accounts required until backend launch.
Early Access Support: Supporters can subscribe (soon) for early perks and the full version. Once backend is complete, accounts/payments will use Stripe for security.

  • Subscriptions will managed outside the site (Stripe). Stripe integration will handle direct site payments later.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are managed in line with Stripe’s policies, as applicable.

The Flowcendence platform, design, features, visual assets, codebase, and learning content are © Flowcendence. All rights reserved.

  • Copying, reverse engineering, re-posting, or distributing site code, assets, or unique features is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized use, code theft, or duplication will result in takedown requests and may lead to legal action under the DMCA or other applicable laws.
  • Facts: U.S. copyright law protects digital content, including website code (copyright.gov).

7. Limitation of Liability

This platform is provided "as is." No guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free operation or perfect results. Flowcendence is not liable for data loss, damages, or learning outcomes. Use at your own risk.

  • The platform will continue to improve, but issues may arise in early releases (early access). That's why your feedback is important in order for us to grow.
  • Feature availability and uptime are not guaranteed.
  • For 100% reliability, copy your automatically organized sets into a google docs, and you will never have to worry about losing your progress. Its super eazy, all you have to do is copy the editable on the Vocabulary section!

8. Updates

These Terms are subject to change as we improve the platform, add features, or legal requirements change. Substantial changes will be clearly posted on this page.
