Welcome to Flowcendence (early access version). This policy explains how your data is handled on a platform built for focus, creativity, and all learning styles, in compliance with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Built for diverse users and study styles; optimized for flowstate learning and supporting ADHD, autism, and unique thinkers.
  • Your data, your control. Privacy and user choice always come first.

2. Information Collected

  • Front-End Only (early access): All personal study data is stored solely in your device’s browser (localStorage/sessionStorage). No server-side user content storage at this time.
  • AdSense: Google AdSense may automatically collect ad interaction, device/browser identifiers, and related data for personalized ads. Google’s privacy policy applies.
  • Stripe (Coming Soon): Subscription/payment handling is managed directly by Stripe (future). Information (name, billing, email) is handled by those providers, NOT stored locally by us unless otherwise stated.
  • Basic Analytics: Anonymous site usage statistics (e.g., visit counts, clicks) may be tracked for quality improvement, with no personal identification. No analytics collected without user consent where required by law.
  • Email Messaging (Future): Minimal backend for messaging may process only what is required to deliver messages and ensure security.

3. Usage of Your Data

  • Data stays in your browser: All content (vocab, sets, notes) saved by you remains on your device and is not accessed by us.
  • Ad and payment data: Managed per Google/Stripe policies—see their respective privacy terms.
  • No profile building or direct data sales.
